Hi I tried to schedule a run of a simple program at logon. But everytime taskeng.exe window opens and stays blank..But there is a process under the same file going on..What is the problem here?

Can you run other programs with Task Scheduler at startup properly? If so, the issue should be related to the specified program. I suggest you set to run the task as administrator. If it does not work, I suspect that there are compatibility issues. You may need to contact the publisher of the program for more information.Arthur Xie - MSFT
